Megan is a local product and graduate of the Wallenpaupack Area School District. She later graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from East Stroudsburg University.  Today, Megan is an Associate Broker with many years of experience working in Hemlock Farms and surrounding area.

Barbara St. Denis

Barbara St. Denis was born in New York City and worked 35 years in sales with the garment industry.  She and her husband purchased a vacation home in Hemlock Farms, and years later realized their dream by permanently moving to Hemlock.

Today, Barbara and her husband Richard enjoy playing golf, tennis and kayaking.  They love their peace, privacy, clean air and mountain wildlife.  Barbara also volunteers her time and serves on numerous Hemlock committees.  She especially enjoys serving on the Hemlock Farms Fire Auxillary.

Barbara has great love for her two grandchildren, Dakota and Logan.  She and Richard live their lives for family gatherings at Hemlock.

Tom has been in the construction business for more than 30 years and felt the real estate industry was a perfect complimentary business to be in.  Today, Tom spends time with clients and can immediately recognize deficiencies that need correction when listing or selling a home.  Tom has been a problem solver when handling transactions from both sides of the closing table.

Tom and his wife Penny live in Hemlock Farms and have two grown boys, Tony and Tyson.  The family loves kayaking and traveling.
